TIPS TO FOLLOW DURING PREGNANCY


Pregnancy is the most beautiful and crutial time of your life, where you not only have to take care of yourself, but your little baby as well.

This is the time where a woman eagerly awaits for the child and to be a mother. It enriches a woman with the feeling that has never felt before.

Here, are few tips and guidance which moms-to-be should look into and follow.


First and the most important is to Eat healthy.

Remember, now you have to eat for two. It may seem as fun but,  it could surely get difficult because of nausea and it may also feel diffcult to eat for one.

But you have to make sure, your meals are balanced and nutritious. Avoid uncooked foods and salads. Heat and proper cooking can kill bacteria, but poeple often eat raw and unwashed fruits and vegetables. But it could be harmful for you and your baby because it could be contaminated with bacteria and cause food poisoning.

Constipation is very common during pregnancy, so make sure you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.


Avoid Cigarettes and Alcohol.

Avoid smoking completely and avoid being around people who smoke. It can harm your baby.

Try to avoid alcohol as well, Few people think taking red wine may not be harmful if taken occassionally, but it is better to stay far away from alcohol.

Taking too much caffeine could also harm the baby. But that doesnt mean you have to deprive yourself and your morning cup !







Exercise

Exercises is beneficial for pregnant woman. Heavy exercises are not recommended. But, walking, swimming and warm ups before work out is essential. Make sure you consult your doctor before starting any work out session because every pregnant woman has different level of medical conditions.
Exercises help the women to keep fit besides ensuring a smooth delivery.







Beauty care

Your hair and skin are the best assets you have during pregnancy.
An effective skin care will maintain a beautiful and natural glow that you have during pregnancy. Dont forget to drink plenty of water.

Glossy shining thick hair would boost up your morality and remember, if you feel good inside, you are beautiful outside.







Sleep just right!

Avoid sleeping on your back as the added weight could be harmful for your back muscles and spinal cord.
Try sleeping on your left side.
Read good novels or listen to melodious songs (not sad) before sleeping, as it will ensure that you have trouble free sleep.
