EXCERCISE DURING THIRD TRIMESTER



When you enter the third trimester of your pregnancy, it's time to slow down your activities and get more cautious with your movements ans postures. You must stop weight training excercises, if u want to carry out few excercises then go for walking, yoga or jogging. Do not perform any excercises that requires you to lie flat on your back. It's advisable to do any stretching under expert guidance. 
You may also see the daily activities as a challenge, but do not lose heart. You can always go for small walks. Always carry water to keep yourself hydrated and always take someone with you. 
Seek guidance from your doctor before trimester, as he could you according to your health condition. If you feel any discomfort after excercising, rush to your doctor immidiately. The excercises are must to get proper sleep at night.
