5th MONTH - SPRING SUMMER FASHION

TIPS TO FOLLOW DURING PREGNANCY


Pregnancy is the most beautiful and crutial time of your life, where you not only have to take care of yourself, but your little baby as well.

This is the time where a woman eagerly awaits for the child and to be a mother. It enriches a woman with the feeling that has never felt before.

Here, are few tips and guidance which moms-to-be should look into and follow.


First and the most important is to Eat healthy.

Remember, now you have to eat for two. It may seem as fun but,  it could surely get difficult because of nausea and it may also feel diffcult to eat for one.

But you have to make sure, your meals are balanced and nutritious. Avoid uncooked foods and salads. Heat and proper cooking can kill bacteria, but poeple often eat raw and unwashed fruits and vegetables. But it could be harmful for you and your baby because it could be contaminated with bacteria and cause food poisoning.

Constipation is very common during pregnancy, so make sure you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.


Avoid Cigarettes and Alcohol.

Avoid smoking completely and avoid being around people who smoke. It can harm your baby.

Try to avoid alcohol as well, Few people think taking red wine may not be harmful if taken occassionally, but it is better to stay far away from alcohol.

Taking too much caffeine could also harm the baby. But that doesnt mean you have to deprive yourself and your morning cup !







Exercise

Exercises is beneficial for pregnant woman. Heavy exercises are not recommended. But, walking, swimming and warm ups before work out is essential. Make sure you consult your doctor before starting any work out session because every pregnant woman has different level of medical conditions.
Exercises help the women to keep fit besides ensuring a smooth delivery.







Beauty care

Your hair and skin are the best assets you have during pregnancy.
An effective skin care will maintain a beautiful and natural glow that you have during pregnancy. Dont forget to drink plenty of water.

Avoid sleeping on your back as the added weight could be harmful for your back muscles and spinal cord.

EXCERCISE DURING THIRD TRIMESTER



When you enter the third trimester of your pregnancy, it's time to slow down your activities and get more cautious with your movements ans postures. You must stop weight training excercises, if u want to carry out few excercises then go for walking, yoga or jogging. Do not perform any excercises that requires you to lie flat on your back. It's advisable to do any stretching under expert guidance. 
You may also see the daily activities as a challenge, but do not lose heart. You can always go for small walks. Always carry water to keep yourself hydrated and always take someone with you. 
Seek guidance from your doctor before trimester, as he could you according to your health condition. If you feel any discomfort after excercising, rush to your doctor immidiately. The excercises are must to get proper sleep at night.

EXCERCISE DURING SECOND TRIMESTER



As i mentioned in the previous post, warm up of atleast 15-20minutes before perfoming excercise is a must. 
Here are few examples of excercises you could perform. Also, Swimming and walking are considered the safest and best cardio excercises for pregnant women as it keeps your body tones and do not add weight or stress to your joints. Just avoid other water sports.
Excercise can make your pregnancy much more enjoyable. Focus on maintaining your previous level of fitness rather than on advancing it. 
Stretching also is one of the best ways to keep you relaxed in your pregnancy. Always avoid jerky or bounce motions during stretching. Control your breathing. Remember to stretch your entire body, especially the heel cords to prevent leg cramping.
After FOURTH month, avoid lying flat on your back or on your right side while relaxing, as this position restricts the blood flow of uterus.

EXCERCISE DURING FIRST TRIMESTER


 To make pregnancy healthy and safe, excercise is must. 
When you are excercising for two, warm is essential to warm up before work out before breaking a sweat. You need to give your body atleasy 15-20 minute warm up before performing any excercise.
When it comes to pregnancy excercises, there are a lot of options to choose from. So, it is advisable to consult your doctor before any excercise. It depends on your health condition on what type of excercise you should do. 
During the first trimester, there are minor changes that may not be visible. This is the best time to start any excercise and best excercise is to take sound sleep.
